Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States. If you would like to arrange international shipping, please contact us at hello@alphahoneyfarm.com.
Damages and Lost Packages
Please contact us if there is any problem at hello@alphahoneyfarm.com. We can help find lost packages. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please send us a picture of any damaged products in the packaging if possible.
